1. Transparent and Student-Friendly Examination System

One of the most important demands of the young generation from the new education minister, Pralhad Joshi, is that the education system must be more reliable, transparent & stress-free so that students can prepare for exams without any pressure of paper leaks.

As you already know, students are preparing for years & years to get selected for exams, but after they get the news of a paper leak or delayed results & a poor education management system, they become disheartened. Various competitive exams such as NEET, CUET, and JEE directly influence the careers of millions of Indian students.

So there must be strict action taken against those involved in this matter. To secure the young, the paper must be online or digital-based, and grievance redressal must also be improved. It will also reduce the risk of suicide among students if the integrity of the education system is protected.

2. Digital Technology

So, to provide students with better education, our new education minister, Pralhad Joshi, must provide better digital technology, such as online classes. They must be given better or more advanced virtual labs, AI platforms, digital libraries & hybrid classes to handle the challenges of education worldwide.

Students need better infrastructure, reliable internet connectivity, smart classes & modern tools to get involved in more advanced projects not only nationally but also globally.

They must be taught AI from school only so that they can develop their minds according to industry demands. They must be given training by learning through creativity & innovation & research, which can be done by having strong investment in labs, incubation, research grants & startup programs.

Fast & strict implementation of the policy must take place whenever there is any cheating or paper leak incident taking place; immediate action must be taken by our new education minister, Pralhad Joshi.

A strict law must be passed that must be followed by the entire country in different states & institutions. So Mr. Pralhad Joshi must provide a flexible & transparent system, an academic credit bank, a skill-based curriculum, and a digital system, & also there must be research opportunities & multiple entry & exit options for everyone. Students are expecting a curriculum that can compete internationally & translate more of the theory into practical changes in classrooms.

As students have seen the outer world, & now they are well aware that only a degree alone does not provide you job options, so they are looking for secure, quality employment.

Nowadays, recruiters are looking for more practical skills, communication abilities & digital literacy & industry exposure & less theory.

So students' expectations from skill-based education are industry-based curricula; courses must be changed according to industry requirements.

Some more advanced subjects must be added, such as AI, data science, robotics, digital marketing, and renewable or solar energy. Students must be made more creative & thoughtful starting from school only. Student must also be trained to set up their own business rather than just running after a job.

Every college must provide internships so that students can get practical exposure. Teachers must incorporate some of the essential skills such as communication skills, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, digital competencies, and an entrepreneurial mindset that can remove the gap between education and industry. Following a skill-based education system creates more & greater & better options.

5. Education for All

How can we forget Article 45 on education for all, which says that education should be free & compulsory? So there should be affordable higher education so that all students can get equal options, removing financial barriers.

There must be selection through merit based & loan or scholarships must be provided to deserving students. The government must encourage quality education at reasonable costs so that there are no barriers for lower-middle-class students. There must be access to digital resources & career counseling for students from rural & economically weaker sections.

Only upper-class people can afford higher education due to financial barriers, so there must be social equity & national development that can lead to remarkable growth & development of the Indian economy also.

What was the purpose of changing the education system?

Changing the education system is very essential to get transparency.

As everyone was performing according to their own requirements, as they knew, there was no strict action being taken by the system.

There are not enough well-educated teachers who can give a higher quality of education. There should be improved digital infrastructure & promotion of research & innovation. Not only is getting a degree from an institution enough nowadays to stay global and have better job options. There must be effective education policies to strike a balance between every student's education.

This will further encourage students to upgrade their skills & learn new technologies & get involved in internships. Changing the education system will not only upgrade their skills, but this will further build communication & leadership skills too.

They will further think of developing entrepreneurial thinking by engaging in new research projects & internships that can give them experiences.
