So in this blog, we will be talking about the importance of Holi as well as how it is related to the education system. Holi is not only a festival of colors, delicious sweets, social gatherings, happiness, positivity & unity, but it also gives deep messages for growth, career, and transformation in the education system. So come with us to start your journey of career and education with Holi color with this blog.

Why do we celebrate Holi?

So, before starting this blog, let us first explain to you why we celebrate Holi. Holi is the festival of colors, which is usually celebrated in the month of March all over Indian communities.

This Holi festival is related to a small boy named Prahlad, who was very devoted to Lord Vishnu. The story says Prahlad's father, named Hiranyakashipu, wanted to kill Prahlad because he was a great devotee of Lord Vishnu, by his aunt Holika. As Holika had given her power, she wouldn't get burned in the fire.

So she took Prahlad to sit with her in the bonfire so that he would die in the bonfire. But unfortunately, Holika died in the bonfire, but Lord Vishnu saved Prahlad. So nothing had happened to Prahalad. So, before the Holi celebration, there is the ritual of celebrating Holika Dahan, which represents good winning over evil.

And Holi is also a festival of colors, love, joy, and celebration in fond memory of Krishna & Radha's playful stories. So Holi is a festival of forgiveness, deleting negativity, celebrating life, joy, change, etc. So let us explain how this can also be related to education & career growth.

Holi gives us an idea for starting a new beginning, as it transitions from the winter to the spring season, which is the same as education transformation from no knowledge to knowledge. Holi also gives another message: that for every hard work and dedication, there is a celebration. Holi gives messages to students, homemakers, and working professionals to stay positive even after stressful, hectic periods.

2. Colors of Holi & Education

Different colors of Holi had different meanings, just like different colors of education had different meanings. Such as red means love & energy to work hard. Yellow gives happiness & boosts confidence and positivity in life. Green is a symbol of career, growth, and upgrading skills. Blue symbolizes strength and calmness to move forward & earn more & more experience in career growth.

3. Holi in the Digital Age

In earlier times, people used to celebrate Holi with natural colors, but nowadays, people celebrate Holi with organic, eco-friendly colors. So it is also related to the modern digital education system, just like the transition from old traditional chalkboards to cloud-based classrooms, virtual discussion, digital and online classes, and recorded lectures, just like distance learning programs.

Holi is a true reflection of diversity, as it is celebrated all over India in rich, diverse cultures. For example, in Mathura, traditional Holi is celebrated; in Barsana, Lathmar Holi is celebrated. In Jaipur, royal, high-standard Holi is celebrated. In Shantiniketan, Basanta Utsav is celebrated, which is inspired by Rabindranath Tagore.

Just like Holi, education courses also have different expressions. Students can also choose different courses to start their career, such as online B.A., B.Com., and B.Sc.; online MBA and M.Com.; Certificate and diploma programs; and Skill-based professional courses
